Day in the Life sessions should be documented authentically.
Whenever I’m working with a family, I see it as a privilege but also as my responsibility to be the curator of memories. I make pictures not just for the immediate family, but the extended family, friends, and visitors to enjoy for generations.
Therefore, my approach to Day in the Life sessions is to be a storyteller.
I want my clients to look at their images and remember the exact moment in time.
I have no intervention with the images. Therefore, every image made is a real moment in time; a moment that has happened without any direction or guidance from me, the photographer.
